Can't seem to make Grand Mage Refresh Elixir ( I have blackmoors and amethysts) or Greater Homeric Mights (I have Dragons Bloods and greater strength pots) lvl4 mage 127 alc.
Also, can't seem to successfully open lvl4 maps with 128 cartography (how much do you need??)
And, for awhile now, noticing that atleast for me locking skills or setting them to down doesn't stop that skill from raising (such as resist spells) which is really annoying because im right on the line for dropping down a level on my speced char...
Any input would be great! thanks

Cartography levels for the tmaps are very high I think. I wouldn't be too surprised if lv4 maps requires 140 or at least 130 carto. Maybe deadly can help you decode your maps, we have a carto char.
Do you lock skills in the regular skill gump? Because that doesn't work, I believe it's a POL issue. Use the .skills gump instead to set the skills to locked/lower, that worked for me a few days ago. If you want to get a skill to 0 you can use .dropskills, but you probably know that...

wow, quite a gap in the tmaps then no? because I decode lvl3's with 118ish without fail

ok some more information for the info vault here directly from the scripts skill >= 160 lvl 6; skill >= 150 lvl 5; skill >= 135 lvl 4; skill >= 110 lvl 3; skill >= 80 lvl 2; skill >= 33 lvl 1; to stop skills from gaining use .skills not the skills button on the paperdoll Grand Mage Refresh Elixir = skill 125

i know we've had the discussion Odin, but grand mage refresh elixir = more than 125 skill. and you can't make homeric mights with "leveled" strength pots.
Another issue i just found was fortifying hats... went from 10 ar pre fortifying (exe zulu chain coif) to 3 ar after fortifying with a straw hat.... (hmm what to pick? 7 ar or 6 str)
